NOTE: By signing and submitting this agreement, you hereby agree to abide by the terms below:

You MUST credit me, Ari Feldman, in your product title/credits screen and product manual/ documentation if you use at least 5 images from the SpriteLib package.

You can only create Windows or Windows based applications with SpriteLib. This includes Shockwave, Director, Web pages, etc. You MAY NOT produce DOS based applications using artwork from this product.

You MAY NOT sell the SpriteLib package in either its original or modified form. You may freely distribute (and are encouraged to do so) to distribute SpriteLib but only in this form and only for free.

You MAY NOT port or convert the SpriteLib package to other computer plaforms. You are allowed to convert any of the graphics to graphic formats used by your development environments, however.

You MAY NOT publically distribute any software that uses SpriteLib images if you are an unregistered user.
